     At the scene of a dike breach, a local person immediately made a wish that if the river no longer overflows in the future and the dike no longer breaks, he will come to worship before the 24th of the seventh lunar calendar every year. Later, because the prayer is fulfilled, the river will no longer be watered. With the skyrocketing increase, the river embankment will no longer break. Therefore, every July in the lunar calendar, there will be a special folk custom of worshipping Bizaitoupo in the Meihua Lake recreational agricultural area.
