The appearance is more round than the ordinary Wendan pomelo, the flesh is yellow, and the sweetness and flavor of the fruit are different from the ordinary Wendan pomelo. Its characteristics are thin skin with thin flesh, has juicy and delicious flavor.
Due to the special environment and climate in this area, excellent Wendan pomelo has been bred. At the same time, Xiqi Farm has also won the second prize of Wendan pomelo. You are welcome to taste it. -
Agricultural Products-Citronella
Lemongrass belongs to the grass family perennial herb, similar to Miscanthus. It belongs to tropical spice crops. The thick stalks of the plant often have wax powder. The leaves are broad and striped and grow on the stem. The flowers are panicles that open in summer and autumn.
The species planted in this area are lemongrass and perfume grass. The stems and leaves of lemongrass are generally used to prepare foods, while perfume grass is used to extract spices to make soaps, perfumes and essential oils.
The district is also currently developing a series of lemongrass health packages, as well as DIY production of creative products of perfume grass. Agricultural Products-Roselle
Roselle is an annual shrub of the Mallows family. The stem is upright and multi-branched in red and purple. The plant height is 1 to 3m. The leaves are alternate and stalked. The young leaves are ovate without lobes, and the old leaves turn into palmate deep-lobed leaves. Born solitary in the leaf axils, the capsule gradually expands after the flowering period, and the calyx becomes fresh and tender and is coveted. The current roselle is a newly cultivated species, suitable for candied fruit for consumption or brewed as a high-level health drink. Look forward to your adoption.

Agricultural Products-Mulberry
The mulberry tree is a small deciduous tree with ovoid leaves with serrated edges. The young leaves will split and new leaves and flowers will open at the same time. The mulberry is the outstanding fruit of the mulberry tree, usually called the mulberry fruit. The fruit is an aggregate fruit. It is composed of 60-100 achenes, which are reddish-purple when mature, and mature in April to May each year.
At present, the mulberry varieties planted in the park are "fruit mulberry" and "strip mulberry". In April each year, the Meihua Lake Agriculture Leisure Area will cooperate with the mulberry production season. Agriculture-Sunflower
Sunflower is an annual herb with a serrated edge of alternate leaves. Both sides are covered with white hairs. The flowers are large and showy with double petals or single petals. There are many varieties of sunflowers. The flowers are mostly yellow or orange. The flowering season is mainly summer and autumn. Up to two weeks or more.
Every year, the Meihua Lake Recreation Agriculture Area will hold related activities with sunflower as the theme. In the sunflower flower language, sunflower represents love. If you want to express your love for your partner, but you are shy then you can take your partner to participate in Meihua Lake leisure agriculture from June to July each year. In the sunflower season held in the district, let the brilliant sunflowers express your love to your partner on your behalf.

Livestock-Deer Antler
Deer antler refers to the young horns of the deer family that have not yet been ossified. The initial growth season of antler is around the lunar calendar, and the growth period is about 75 days. When the antler has grown, the antler will be sawed. It is sawing in the second, third and fourth lunar calendar during velvet period (Spring Velvet).
If the antler has not been sawn, it will become antlers after ossification, and the antlers will automatically fall off around the lunar new year and grow into new antlers, which will shed and grow after hardening. According to the Compendium of Materia Medica, deer antler is sweet, salty and warm in nature. It has the functions of supplementing the governor channel, helping the kidney yang, producing the essence, and strengthening the bones and muscles. The deer antler is richer in calcium phosphate, colloid, magnesium and other essential components for human development so velvet antler can be described as an important product for health. -
Crushed Peanut Roll Ice Cream
Peanut rolls and ice cream is one of Yilan's delicacies, and its birthplace is in Yilan Meihua Lake. As the name suggests, it is crushed peanut and ice cream. It is a summer dessert. Its appearance is similar to spring rolls. Place a piece of cake crust on a clean table. Use a planer to grind out a large piece of peanut brittle and pour the peanut brittle on the cake crust. Then put the ice cream (commonly known as "Bao Pu" in Taiwanese) on the peanut icing powder in about two to three balls. Use a planer to shave the peanut syrup, and then sprinkle the peanut icing powder on the ice cream. Add the coriander and finally, roll up the filling, just like spring rolls and serve.
